This allows the grind size to be adjusted very precisely. This is a \u003cstrong\u003emajor advantage, especially when preparing espresso beans, compared to \u003c\/strong\u003ehand grinders that are based on a \u003cstrong\u003eclick system\u003c\/strong\u003e. The construction is very robust and of very good quality.
