De Mario González viene la proporción de Parainema, de Hipólito Acuña la proporción de Maracaturra y Java. El 20 % se procesa de forma clásica lavada, el 80 % mediante el método Carbonic Maceration Natural de BridAzul. Claudia de BridAzul ha compuesto la mezcla de manera que los granos sean lo más grandes y uniformes posible, lo que permite un tostado más uniforme. En términos de sabor, la parte CM Natural aporta una ligera fruta, mientras que la parte lavada aporta el perfil clásico de chocolate de Dipilto con una acidez fina.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003e¿Por qué compramos este café?\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePor un lado, buscábamos un espresso pesado y chocolatoso para nuestro surtido de descafeinados. Por otro lado, estamos profundizando nuestro trabajo con socios existentes: BridAzul desarrolló específicamente la mezcla para la descafeinación, y compramos el lote conjuntamente con Per Nordby de Kafferäven en Gotemburgo.
