Gleichwohl ist es immer wieder überraschend, wie sich verschiedene Geschmacksnoten von Jahr zu Jahr mehr oder weniger zeigen. 2014 schmeckte der Kaffee wie ein Rhabarber-Kompott, 2017 war er die flüssige Grether's Pastille, 2021 dominierten Brombeeren das Aroma, in diesem Jahr sind es eher wieder rötliche, säurehaltige Beeren.
